Samuel E Howard
Samuel is an award-winning fine art railroad photographer based in Centennial, Colorado. He combines both the incredible Colorado landscapes and the rich history of mountain railroading. As one looks at his work, one experiences our treasured West's sounds, smells, and beauty.
Samuel photographs all over the state of Colorado, where steam engines on the narrow gauge are still king. His favorite place is the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge RR. And he especially prefers the autumn season when snow blankets the high mountain peaks. His photographic choices have spectacular environs and compliment the power of the trains. A thundering steam engine is a joy to capture, where the viewer is transformed to a time long gone.
Samuel's stunning color and black and white images, many created on infused aluminum, can be custom ordered in alternate sizes and types of framing.
His "Denver's Union Station" photographic portfolio is an ongoing project receiving much public acclaim.
