The ROX Arts Gallery and Roxborough Arts Council are excited to announce our first Annual ROX Student Art Show from January 14 – 22. The Student Show will be a special community event, complete with awards and an opening reception on January 14 from 5:30-7:00 pm. It will celebrate our students who participated in classes during 2021 at the ROX Arts Gallery.
Our shared mission of the Gallery and Arts Council is to enrich the lives of our community by bringing artists and others together. We provide venues for artists to exhibit their works and forums to share information and receive feedback for artistic growth.
This year we are excited about expanding this mission to include our “student artists” beyond their usual art class experience. The Student Show will encourage them to learn how art shows “work.” As students help with every aspect of the show, they will learn how shows are conducted, promoted, displayed, and judged. They can invite their families and friends, introduce their instructor, and show off what they learned in class. We are inviting the community to share in their success.
Unless indicated otherwise, all works of art are available for sale.
ROX Arts Gallery is located in the Aspen Grove Shopping Center, 7301 S Santa Fe Drive, Unit 330, Littleton CO 80120. We are open Mon-Sat 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Sun 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.
